This week is heavy with vegetables. We did this so you can make double use of the vegetables throughout the week. We recommend that you prep all of the veggies early in the week to cut down on prep during meal times.
Be sure to review the PREP AHEAD SUGGESTIONS in each recipe for helpful tips. And, don’t forget to remove any items from the freezer that need to be thawed at least one day before you plan to cook with them. Safely thaw items in the refrigerator.
