We offer a new selection of recipes each week with a variety of proteins (and even meatless recipes). Most recipes can be made in 30 minutes and all recipes use ingredients that are readily available at most grocery stores. The recipes we include have clear, easy to follow instructions and are not complicated. So, even if you don’t like to cook, you can successfully make all of the recipes.
Each Friday, you’ll receive a new meal plan and you’ll always have four meal plans showing in your dashboard so you can prep ahead for the entire month, if you like. Each meal plan includes all recipes for the week, an organized shopping list, and prep ahead instructions.
We don’t focus on any particular diet. However, our meals plans are easily adaptable. You’ll find dozens of additional recipes so you can make swaps to suit your individual needs. Every recipe also includes full nutritional information.
Not at this time. What’s For Dinner! Weekly Meal Plans was designed to minimize the amount of effort you need to put in to meal planning. We’ve done all the hard work of sourcing easy recipes that are guaranteed to work in order to save you time and effort.
You will always have access to four weekly meal plans. Each week, a new meal plan is added and one of the previous meal plans is removed. However, you will always have access to all of the recipes – so you can easily swap your favorites into new meal plans. In addition, you can save any of the weekly meal plans to access after it’s left your main dashboard.
